Baked Brie...

With the change of weather this week, a warm fall appetizer sounds really good.   Looking for a new recipe to take to your fall parties?   How about Brie?   It is fast and delicious.

Baked Brie with Sun Dried Tomatoes

8 oz. brie cheese, rind removed and cut into cubes
2 oz. sundried tomatoes packed in oil, chopped
1 clove garlic, chopped
1 tsp. thyme, chopped
1/4 cup roasted pinenuts
Pepper to taste
Mix everything together.  Transfer to a  brie crock filling to the brim.  Cover and bake at 325 degrees for 20-30 minutes.  Serve warm from the crock with bagette slices or crackers.

This recipe works great with Bloomingsale's Brie Crock, cook and serve in one dish.  A perfect hostess gift, all wrapped up with recipes included.
